Return & Refund Policy

    In order to guarantee your shopping experience, we always regard customer satisfaction as our top priority. Please refer to the size chart on the product page. To save you from worrying about product quality and problems, we provide a comprehensive 30-day return warranty. If you encounter any problems after receiving the product, please send an email to our customer service: Defective items will be refunded within 30 days after shipment. 1. Our return policy
    To ensure a fast and smooth warranty process, please contact us before returning the product.     Please do not return your product directly to the address on the package you received. Our customer service will provide you with the address! When our customer service center accepts a return or exchange, the return or exchange is valid.

    After receiving all relevant information and confirming, we can allow returns and exchanges. The customer is responsible for refunding the freight. The returned product should be in the same condition as it was sent, must not be worn or washed, and should be labeled.
(1). If the product/size delivered by our company is wrong, we will allow it to be returned to our warehouse for refund or exchange. After receiving the goods, we will refund the full price of the product and its shipping costs, or resend the replacement product, and the cost will be borne by us.
(2). If the size or product ordered by the customer is wrong, we can also return the product. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the transportation costs to and from our warehouse. If the customer chooses to refund, we will refund the full amount.
(3). Some products may cause certain differences due to different light, shooting angles, and different displays. Please refer to the final product. If the goods are returned due to this situation, the return freight will be borne by the customer.
(4). We do not accept returns or exchanges for bulk sales or clearance products.

2. Our refund policy

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (usually within three working days).
